**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage warehouse tasks and ensure smooth operations. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a sit-down forklift.
+ Push, pull, lift, stack, and move products as needed.
+ Utilize an RF Scanner for inventory management.
+ Load and unload trailers.
+ Handle inbound receiving tasks.
+ Lift up to 75 lbs seed bags daily, with varying quantities from 10 to 200 bags.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
+ Experience with pallet jacks and hand scanners.
+ Knowledge of material handling and inventory management.
+ Ability to use RF Scanners.
+ Familiarity with warehouse inventory and distribution automation system software.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.

**Work Environment**
This position is based in a heated warehouse, primarily focused on storing and shipping seed bags. The warehouse is equipped with all necessary tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25
