Our client, a leading player in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Forklift Operator - Cold Storage Environment **Location:** Aurora, CO **Pay Range:** $20.00 Hourly Shift - Thur, Fri and Sat 3pm until done **What's the Job?** + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment. + Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth operations. + Work in freezer, cold docks, and ambient dock environments. + Follow all safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment. + Ensure regular and predictable attendance as an essential function of the job. **What's Needed?** + Forklift and scanning experience required. + Stand-up forklift experience preferred. + Warehouse experience, preferably with food/groceries in a cold storage environment. + Prior forklift certification is preferred. + Ability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 3 PM until finished. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in warehouse operations and logistics. + Potential for growth and advancement within the company. + Evening shift premium of $1 per hour for those working the evening shift.
