**Warehouse Associate** **1st Shift $18+** Job Description We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Forklift Operators and Material Handlers in the Bolingbrook, IL area. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving tasks, including picking, packing, completing paperwork, and operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts. You will also be transporting raw material to the production department and organizing finished product for further processing. This is a comprehensive warehouse position where you will gain experience in various warehouse operations. The typical shift will by 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. **Responsibilities** + Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Perform shipping and receiving duties for the warehouse department. + Pick and pack items for shipment. + Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. + Manage inventory using RF scanners. + Participate in general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and building pallets/crates. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years forklift experience - Stand Up Forklift primarily + Shipping & receiving experience in a production environment (not in a distribution center environment) + Inventory management + Experience with RF scanners **Why Work Here?** The company is rapidly growing, and has big plans for expansion in the coming year. The working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
