Our client, Garland, Texas is seeking a forklift operator. As a Operator, you will be part of the Recycle Department supporting the Janitorial Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow instructions, good communication and a great attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Details:** + **Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour** + **Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm** + **Occasional overtime** + **Temp to Hire** **Position Summary:** Forklift operator for recyclable material such as cardboard boxes. **Skills & Abilities:** Sitdown forklift operation **Technical Skills:** + Must be able to do basic math, communicate effectively, read and write proficiently. + Must complete the following training requirements/evaluations. + Able to work in a fast-paced environment. **Other Requirements:** + Experience operating a sitdown forklift operation (1 to 2 year) + Use a computer for SAP & Safety Training (Training is provided). **Other Physical Requirements:** + Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Steel toe shoes, hard hat, ear plugs, apron, glasses, face shield, gloves & sanitation PPE).
