Our client, a leading provider of fresh meal solutions, is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join their team in San Clemente, CA. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely unload incoming shipments and organize products in designated storage areas.Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for quality and damage, reporting discrepancies.Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.Operate stand-up forklifts (Raymond Reach Lift), pallet jacks, and other equipment while following safety protocols.Work in a refrigerated warehouse (10°F - 40°F) and assist in freezer areas as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up forklifts and rider pallet jacks.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours per day.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold storage environment.Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $21.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible for OT and weekends).
