**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making waste/trash pickups, conducting chemical bulking and consolidation, packaging and labeling products, participating in spill response, and operating forklifts. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Make waste/trash pickups throughout a customer's facility, handling materials such as cardboard, plastic, and metal scraps.
+ Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation, working with substances like paint solvents, thinner, and acetone.
+ Package and label products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
+ Participate in spill response on the customer's site as needed, handling small spills like oil on the floor.
+ Operate forklifts (training will be provided if necessary).
+ Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
+ Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trucks.
+ Move and empty trash gondolas in the plant.
+ Complete paperwork to send materials off-site.
**Work Environment**
You will be working at a facility in Saline. This role is on the 2nd shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The work environment requires the use of steel-toe or composite footwear, and we will provide the rest of the necessary PPE.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

**Workplace Type**
