**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for our C Shift. This shift includes working Thursday through Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 5:40 AM to 6:00 PM. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift, sweeper, packaging machines, banding equipment, and managing inventory. The role involves working as part of a team to support asphalt production lines by delivering raw materials, handling finished products, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work area. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklift and sweeper. + Operate packaging machines on both lines as needed. + Operate banding equipment. + Print and apply pallet labels. + Load and stack reworked material. + Manage and accurately report the amount of scrap and seconds for tracking. + Deliver all raw materials to production lines. + Take bound and finished products to designated areas. + Remove scrap and waste from production lines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with forklift operation. + Knowledge of inventory management. + Material handling skills. + Packing and pallet jack operation. + Experience with sit-down forklifts. + Basic computer skills for data entry. + Familiarity with pallet labeling systems and SAP for inventory support. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in a team environment. + Strong attention to detail. + Good communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Our company is a phenomenal place to build a career. Employees work 12-hour shifts, including a half-hour break and two 15-minute breaks. While the machines perform most of the work, employees are required to be on their feet for most of the shift with some downtime. Please note that our facility is a no-tobacco environment, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, New Hampshire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25/hr.
