Join our team as a Warehouse Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of our precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. Our annual pay raises and bonus programs are based on company sales, safety, and attendance, with raises and bonuses typically being aggressive. Additionally, we offer shift premiums: $2 for B shift, $6 for C shift, and $8 for D shift.
Work Environment
Our facility operates across four shifts with roughly 100 employees. The shifts are as follows: 'A' shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 'B' shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (currently not working Mondays), 'C' shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 'D' shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. We offer a safe and friendly workplace, and the shop is non-union. Shift premiums apply after training, which lasts 2-6 months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
