**Adecco is assisting Sanofi in hiring for an experienced forklift operator for their Swiftwater, PA location.** **Job Title: Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)** **Location:** Swiftwater, PA **Company:** Sanofi **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $22.76 per hour **Job Summary:** Sanofi is seeking a skilled **Forklift Operator** to join our team in Swiftwater, PA. This 2nd shift role is responsible for handling raw materials, finished goods distribution, and coordinating material movement between the warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate will have experience with **forklift operation, GMP knowledge, SAP, scanners, and order picking** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate **forklifts and other material handling equipment** (motorized and non-motorized). + Pick and prepare **sales, ITR, and DRP orders** according to specific SOPs. + Physically receive, inspect, and log materials, supplies, and equipment from departments, small parcel carriers, and couriers. + Perform **cycle counts** by generating count lists and ensuring inventory accuracy. + Store, transfer, and distribute materials while adhering to material requirements. + Maintain compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and company policies. + Work in **temperature-controlled rooms** as needed. + Lift up to **40 lbs (18 kg)** safely. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + **3-6 years** of forklift operation experience. + Strong understanding of **GMP, SAP systems, and warehouse scanners** . + Experience in **order picking and material handling** . + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + **Updated and detailed resume reflecting experience and skillset is required for this role.** **Pay Details:** $22.76 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
