**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a 7am start time, and the potential for overtime. The primary responsibility will be moving cardboard pallets across the plant to the corrugated machine to create boxes, using a sit-down forklift. **Responsibilities** + Move cardboard pallets across the plant to the corrugated machine to create boxes using a sit-down forklift. + Pull and pack products based on daily orders. + Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. + Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation. + Monitor product quality frequently and report any problems to mitigate safety issues. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of sit-down forklift experience. + 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience. + Ability to follow directions and meet pick orders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling, manufacturing, inventory, and picking. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a 90-day contract to hire opportunity, allowing you to become a permanent part of a family-owned business.
