**Job Summary:**
Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator! Located in a fast-paced environment, this role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in operating forklifts to assist in the efficient movement of goods. **Job Specifications:**
- **Job Type:** Full-Time
- **Location:** Neenah, WI
- **Pay Rate:** $21+/hour
- **Shift:** 1 st
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift operator is preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
