If you thrive in a hands-on role and are passionate about safety and teamwork, we want to hear from you! **Job Specifications:** - **Job Type:** Full-Time - **Location:** Neenah, WI - **Pay Rate:** $21+/hour - **Shift:** 1 st **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse. - Load and unload goods from trucks and containers. - Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials. - Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift operator is preferred. - Valid forklift operator certification. - Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
