**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to efficiently move corrugated products using a stand-up forklift or Reach Truck. The role involves picking products from double deep racks, utilizing a cherry picker, loading and unloading trucks, cycle counting, and verifying inventory. The operator will also be responsible for reviewing product loads for accuracy, ensuring timely and complete delivery, performing routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, weighing materials or products, and recording production data. **Responsibilities** + Operate a stand-up forklift or Reach Truck to move corrugated products. + **REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** + Pick products from double deep racks. + Utilize a cherry picker. + Load and unload trucks. + Cycle counting and verifying inventory. + Review product loads for accuracy and ensure timely and complete delivery. + Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment such as cleaning, lubricating, or fueling. + Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags or labels. + Signal workers to discharge, dump, or level materials. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience with stand-up forklifts. + Experience with Reach Truck. + Picking orders. + Cycle counting and inventory management. + Shipping and receiving. + Material handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Verbal communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Team player. + Problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. + Minimum 6 months of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift. **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term opportunities in a new facility with a positive team culture.
