Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to perform essential warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, safety, and integrity while ensuring efficiency in daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

Check in and out installers, service technicians, and masons. Locate materials and verify supplies per WAVE Staging Report. Run dead/excess reports and confirm product availability. Issue materials to installers and verify daily returns. Unload delivery trucks and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damages. Pull products and assist in loading for Will Call customers. Verify and process bills of lading; report discrepancies to purchasing. Complete receiving of all products and update records in P21 system. Stage materials for next-day installations and manage recyclables. Order and maintain stock of installation supplies. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, ensuring proper maintenance. Maintain warehouse organization and perform general maintenance. Perform inventory adjustments and participate in branch inventory counts. Run Back Order Reports and update due dates for scheduling. Ship Return Material Authorization (RMA) products as needed. Cut stone, marble, granite, or slate for installations when required. Assist in facility maintenance, including light repairs and snow removal. Adhere to and promote warehouse safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Forklift Certification required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members and clients. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment. Additional Information: This role may require lifting heavy materials and working in varying warehouse conditions. Candidates must be willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
