Job Title: Raymond Reach Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Raymond Reach Operator to assist in the reorganization of our facility. This role primarily involves working on the bulk of the reorganization, while supporting operations throughout the work week in various capacities such as picking, shipping, reach work, and receiving stock. Ideal candidates will have experience driving a reach truck and be comfortable with detailed-oriented tasks. This position requires the ability to lift products weighing up to 50lbs and candidates must be available to switch to a Tuesday - Saturday shift when required.
ResponsibilitiesReorganize the building, particularly on the Saturday shift.Support operations during the work week in roles such as picking, shipping, reach work, and receiving stock.Operate a reach truck for reorganization tasks.Lift products weighing up to 50lbs as needed.Load and unload trucks.Handle materials using RF scanners.Perform general labor tasks including shipping and receiving.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of forklift operation experience (consideration given to candidates with 6 months of recent experience).Experience in shipping and loading trailers.Ability to lift and handle heavy objects (up to 50lbs).Capability to walk and stand for 8 hours.Proficiency with RF scanners.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in order picking.Experience in put-away tasks.Highly motivated and positive attitude.Forward-thinking mindset.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The initial shift is Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a required switch to a Tuesday to Saturday shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) once the project commences. The facility is the busiest among all locations and hires for long-term positions only, providing consistent work throughout the year.
