**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Forklift Operator, you will spend 90% of your workday operating a sit-down forklift, with the remaining 10% dedicated to additional duties. Your primary responsibility will be moving bins to different locations on the production floor. This role does not require handling intricate racks and will be focused on floor-level operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
+ Move bins to various locations on the production floor.
+ Store bins of juice promptly after they are filled and discharged from the filler in the HPP/Bottling area.
+ Ensure continuous supply of juice to the HPP process and keep bin dumpers stocked.
+ Organize bins to prevent mixing and maintain workflow efficiency.
+ Transport materials using NetSuite via computer, phone, or handheld devices.
+ Organize pallets and materials, manage dunnage, and load trailers.
+ Locate and deliver empty bins as needed in the bottling department.
+ Move completed pallets onto the shrink wrap machine and document pallet counts accurately in Packaging/Packout.
+ Wrap and document pallets in real-time.
+ Organize areas within Packaging/Packout and return unused materials to designated areas using NetSuite/RF Smart systems.
+ Report any safety concerns, misuse of equipment, or work-related accidents promptly.
+ Ensure conveyors do not become backed up while fillers are running.
+ Complete daily dunnage tasks and load trailers with the correct dunnage.
+ Retrieve necessary materials and return unused materials to their designated areas.
+ Maintain organization and cleanliness in Building 2.
+ Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines in the plant.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of sit-down forklift operation experience.
+ Proficiency with computers and handheld devices.
+ Experience with RF Smart systems.
+ Data entry experience in NetSuite preferred.
+ Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.
+ Flexibility in performing various functions depending on the area of operation.
+ Experience assisting supervision, management, leads, and operators as needed.
+ Skilled in paperwork documentation.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Attention to detail.
+ Multitasking and troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience with production and filling machines.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
