**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. You will spend 80% of your workday operating a sit-down forklift and 20% performing additional duties. Your primary responsibility will be moving bins to different locations on the production floor, inspecting loads, building pallets, picking orders, and general cleaning. You will operate a single-double forklift capable of picking up two pallets at a time. This role includes tasks in the HPP/Bottling and Packaging/Packout departments. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. + Move bins to different locations on the production floor. + Inspect loads, build pallets, pick orders, and perform general cleaning. + Ensure conveyors do not become backed up while fillers are running. + Supply HPP operations with bins of juice and keep bin dumpers stocked. + Organize bins of juice to prevent mixing. + Use NetSuite via computer, phone, or handheld devices to manage materials. + Organize pallets and materials, manage dunnage, and load trailers. + Retrieve and return materials accurately using NetSuite or RF Smart systems. + Wrap and document pallets securely in real time. + Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines. + Report any safety concerns or misuse of equipment promptly. + Maintain regular and reliable attendance. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of sit-down forklift operation experience. + Proficiency with computers and handheld devices. + Experience with RF Smart systems. + Ability to lift 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Data entry experience in NetSuite preferred. + Skilled in paperwork documentation. + Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions. + Flexibility in performing various functions depending on the area of operation. + Experience assisting supervision, management, leads, and operators as needed. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. You may be assigned to any of the three buildings based on daily needs. The forklift operation will take place in various areas including dry and refrigerator sections, with temperatures ranging from room temperature to -10 degrees. Proper PPE such as coats and hand warmers will be provided as necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
