Forklift Operator
Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Forklift Operator in Wisconsin.

Pay - $20.50 

Shift - 7am-4pm M-F - 45hrs per week

Position Summary:
Prepare product orders for unload/loading as well as load/unload the product from trucks and monitor quality of product packaging.  Document and maintain appropriate records for loads and inventory. 

Essential Job Functions:  Load/unload product from semi-trailers Assemble product orders- includes pallet wrapping Prepare product for shipment according to customer specifications- Includes and is not limited to “No Box,” packaging repairs/rework, product cleaning, and special labeling  Adhere to Shipment Deadlines Document inspection of trailers before loading Maintain clean work environment, and complete documentation required by agriculture agencies and/or the dairy plant Verify correct documentation for orders, pallets, and loads are correct Keep forklift and other instruments in excellent operating condition Comply with all processes and procedures of BRC manual to assure safe, quality product Physical Requirements
 This position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions: Long periods of sitting and/or driving Lifting 50lbs. from floor Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lbs object in hand Equipment Used

Minimum Qualifications Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors Certifications:  Forklift Certification Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent                Minimum of 18 Years Old Experience:  2 Months- 1 year of General labor-Palletizer Experience
Preferred Qualifications Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors Certifications:  Forklift training (provided by company); Commercial Driver’s License Education:  High School Diploma; must be 18 years old to become Forklift certified Experience:  2-3 years of Forklift experience including 4 months as Palletizer person
