**Position Overview** :
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products within our industrial facility. Your primary responsibility will be operating industrial trucks and machinery to safely and efficiently move products through various stages of our production process. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience or those looking to start their career in a fast-paced environment!
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure safe movement of materials around the warehouse or facility.
+ Safely drive forklifts and other machinery to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
+ Operate levers and controls to load, unload, and stack materials using forklifts, hoists, and other lifting devices.
+ Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes, securing materials for transport to designated areas.
+ Scan products and input data into computer systems to ensure accurate inventory and delivery tracking.
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
**Skills and Qualifications** :
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Forklift operator’s license may be required (will provide training if needed).
+ Entry-level applicants with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
+ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mentality.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control for maximizing manufacturing and distribution.
+ Competency in using scanning devices and basic computer applications.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
**Safety Note** :
This role has been designated as **Safety Sensitive** , and it is crucial that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
**Work Hours** :
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Compensation** :
+ Pay Rate: $19.16 per hour
**Dress Code/PPE** :
+ Light industrial work environment; steel-toe shoes are required.

**Pay Details:** $19.16 per hour
