Job Title: Forklift Operator - Days

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The contractor will utilize RF scan guns for order picking and will be required to operate various types of forklifts including Sit down counterbalance, reach, dockstocker, and power pallet. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, case picks, bulk picks, and performing some heavy lifting.

The primary shift is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for contract-to-hire and annual wage increases. Work Environment

The work environment includes a 200,000 sq ft facility with wide aisles designed for safety and efficiency. The facility stores and distributes well-known products and maintains a high standard of safety with open door policies. Audits are displayed in the lunchroom for transparency. The workspace is divided into 70% bulk (full pallets) and 30% cases (case pick). Associates typically start with case picking to understand the products and gradually move to receiving/bulk operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
