**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are hiring for Forklift Operator Material Handler positions. This associate will be operating the Reach Truck and must be forklift certified. Training on additional lifts such as Order Picker, Walkie Rider, Electric Pallet Jack, and Dock Stocker will be provided. Responsibilities include picking, packing, sorting, loading, counting, and staging products. Associates should expect to be on the forklift at least 80% of the time and spend 20% on the floor helping receive, ship, and stage products. **Responsibilities** + Operate the Reach Truck and other forklifts + Pick, pack, sort, load, count, and stage products + Assist in receiving, shipping, and staging products + Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks **Essential Skills** + Forklift certification + 6 months of related experience + Strong attention to detail + Ability to stand for extended periods of time + Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50lbs consistently **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with material handling, reach forklift, order picking, electric pallet jack, cherry picker, and dock stocker + Inventory management skills **Why Work Here?** OT is never mandatory. If employees choose to come in on Saturday after working the full week, they will receive an additional $75 bonus in addition to their OT pay. **Work Environment** The Warehouse area is non-climate controlled. The position is on the **2nd shift: Monday - Friday, from 4:00PM to 12:30AM** (available until 1:30AM) with optional OT available from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
