**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to work in our warehouse and yard, pulling and prepping orders for shipment. Each day begins with a morning huddle to discuss individual goals and ensure forklifts are functioning properly. This role involves operating heavy-duty forklifts, restocking parts, performing cleaning tasks, and prepping orders for shipment, including power washing and painting custom equipment. **Responsibilities** + Participate in a daily morning huddle to discuss goals and ensure forklifts are functioning properly. + Pull and prep orders for shipment, including urgent orders from the sales team. + Operate an 8-10,000 lb forklift to pull orders. + Restock parts in the warehouse. + Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard. + Power wash equipment with a 2500 psi washer. + Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom ordered equipment. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of forklift experience. + Experience using a forklift to load and unload trucks safely. + FLO License. **Why Work Here?** Our company values teamwork and provides a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
