**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in efficiently unloading and loading products from trucks, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role requires the safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as well as collaboration with team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. **Responsibilities** + Efficiently unload and load products from trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care. + Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by checking products against packing lists and invoices. + Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. **Work Environment** The work environment is a fast-paced, cold-storage warehouse with tight quarters. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
