**Job Title: Forklift Operator 2nd Shift.** **Job Description** We are hiring for Forklift Operator Material Handler positions. The associate will be operating the Reach Truck and must be forklift certified. Training will be provided on additional lifts used such as Order Picker, Walkie Rider, Electric Pallet Jack, and Dock Stocker for picking, packing, sorting, loading, counting, and staging products. Associates should expect to be on the forklift at least 80% of the time and 20% on the floor helping with receiving, shipping, and staging products. **Responsibilities** + Operate the Reach Truck and other lifts as trained + Pick, pack, sort, load, count, and stage products + Help with receiving, shipping, and staging products + Ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks **Essential Skills** + Forklift certification + Experience with material handling + Proficiency in operating Reach Truck, Order Picker, Walkie Rider, Electric Pallet Jack, and Dock Stocker + Strong attention to detail + Ability to stand for extended periods of time + Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50lbs consistently **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of related experience **Why Work Here?** Overtime is never mandatory. If an employee chooses to work on Saturday after a full week, they will receive an additional $75 bonus in addition to their overtime pay. **Work Environment** The warehouse area is non-climate controlled. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am (available until 1:30am), with optional overtime available on Saturdays from 7am to 12pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olive Branch, Mississippi. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
