Our client in the Philadelphia, PA area is looking to hire a Stand-up Forklift Operator for their location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting, stacking, and organizing goods using material handling equipment. This is a Cold storage facility position with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 35°F. The Day-to-Day:

Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse.Transport pallets to and from designated areas while ensuring product integrity.Perform pre-operational safety checks on equipment before each shift.Accurately pick, store, and organize products according to warehouse protocols.Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.Ensure proper labeling and placement of products to maintain efficient warehouse flow.Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures.Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.Adhere to OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety standards.Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to complete daily operational goals.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Valid forklift and electric pallet jack certification preferred.Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a warehouse setting.Experience in a cold storage environment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 /hr

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)Monday to Friday (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
