**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated forklift operator and material handler to join our team. The role involves operating a forklift to transport finished products from machines to staging areas. All materials are unpalletized, and you will work within a team to determine call assignments and staging areas using an RF scanner.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a forklift to transport finished products from machines to staging areas.
+ Collaborate with team members to determine call assignments and staging areas.
+ Ensure there is no backup at the machines by following RF scanner instructions.
+ Follow a load plan to take staged finished products and load them into specific trucks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Forklift operation experience, ideally with clamp or unpalletized materials.
+ Understanding of RF scanners or other computer picking devices.
+ Experience working in environments with KPIs and parts moving.
+ Strong safety consciousness and understanding of OSHA regulations for forklifts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in corrugated environments.
+ Experience with companies such as Westrock, Pratt, Container Services, Alliance Sheets, American Container, Jamil, or Welch.
+ Unpalletized material handling experience.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.21 - $20.21/hr.
