Job Description
This position involves building pallets for canned dry goods to be shipped from a large distribution center. The role includes picking, packing, and assembling pallets based on client orders. You will be operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced production environment, moving from one location to the next, customizing each pallet according to client specifications. A headset will guide you on what items to pick and where to go within the warehouse.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees' children have access to two years of free trade or community secondary school upon permanent employment. You will have the opportunity to move to the 1st shift and earn paid time off and vacation after becoming a direct hire. There is potential for a raise to over $20 per hour after being hired on. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.35, with an increase to $19.85 after six months and a potential push to $21.00 per hour by April.

The work environment is a large, climate-controlled distribution center that is very clean and organized.
