**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** A leading distributor of commercial and industrial hoses, including thermoplastic, rubber, and metal hose products, along with accessories such as couplings and fittings, is seeking Forklift Operators to join their team in Carlisle, PA. The role involves operating sit-down and reach trucks for the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down and reach trucks safely and efficiently. + Handle inventory management tasks. + Engage in material handling and picking activities. + Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking. + Perform general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down and reach trucks. + Proficiency in inventory management and material handling. + Experience using RF scanners. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have experience listed on resume and a stable job history. + Ability to pass a lift test before officially starting the position. **Why Work Here?** Great benefits when brought on permanently. Employees will have a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid breaks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
