Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator experienced with Crown Stand Up Reach, Stand Up Forklifts, and Reach Trucks. This role involves working in a warehouse environment, including a freezer area, to handle materials, manage inventory, and load and unload trucks.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Crown Stand Up Reach, Stand Up Forklifts, and Reach Trucks.Handle materials within a freezer environment, ensuring product is moved in and out of shelves efficiently.Load and unload trucks.Manage inventory and perform cycle counting.Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.Pick and pack orders using pallet jacks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a freezer environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a food manufacturing setting.Work Environment

The facility is large with over 400 employees working across two different shifts. The operation includes multiple loading docks and involves various processes like sizing, chopping, splitting, cutting, frying, and instantly freezing chicken for customers. Forklift drivers will spend most of their day in the freezer but will receive a 10-minute break every hour away from the freezer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
