We are Weyerhaeuser Distribution, a building products company. We’re located in the Concord area, next to Harrisburg, behind the motor speedway. Our daily goal is to deliver wood products safely to our customers. We start with different wood products from our mills, then we cut them down to size and move the product to our customers.

We take great pride in servicing our customers in a safe and team-based environment. The primary activities in our operations department include unloading railcars/trucks of building materials, cycle counting, storing materials, breaking full units down into custom orders, and loading outbound trucks.

We are looking to hire talented people that are interested in getting trained in our business. These are NOT temp positions, these are direct hire positions with benefits, for anyone wanting a career. We currently have an opening for two Forklift Operations Associate/Chainsaw Cutters. This role will work on the day shift and require regular movement throughout the day, which means regular periods of standing, sitting, walking, and sliding/moving up to 100 pounds, and even driving heavy equipment outdoors in all types of weather.

Under the direction of the Site Manager, this role will focus on safely moving our product for our customers. We want talented people with at least a high school diploma, that have a drive to perform and a commitment to safety. From there, we will safely train them to pick and pull orders and operate a forklift to efficiently load and move product for our customers.

The starting hourly pay rate is $18.50 per hour, which does not include overtime, which is additional. The shift would start at 8AM and will end at 4:30 PM. There is room for some overtime, and you can also drive your base pay rate higher, as you master more skills. Medical, dental and gainsharing benefits will also apply for all eligible employees.
