What We Are Looking For: High School Diploma or GED 6+ months of manufacturing and forklift experience in the past 3 years Previous forklift experience (preferred) Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM) Ability to lead a team and oversee daily tasks of forklift operators Proficient in using computers for logging and managing records Strong communication and organizational skills Stable work history Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed What You’ll Do As a Forklift Operations Crew Lead: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of forklift operators, ensuring efficient material movement Deliver materials to staging areas and organize workflow Record and maintain documentation logs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting Ship, receive, and store materials and products Move raw, semi-finished, and finished materials through various areas of the plant Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are upheld in the work environment Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues with forklift operations
