We are looking and hiring for an experienced QA Inspectors. The Q.A. Inspector audits processes to ensure all systems and procedures are being followed; inspects product to ensure requirements are being met and parts meet specifications. 

Schedule:  Monday - Friday - 1 Day Shift & 2 night shift

Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

 Inspects finished or in-process products against standards using simple measuring tools and equipment for acceptance or rejection.Assures compliance with regards to line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspection, manufacturing, and housekeeping.Additional duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Competencies:

Communication: Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate one-on-one and in groups.Interpersonal: Ability to interact with various groups of people.Logical reasoning: Ability to understand detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems. Ability to understand standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Ability to plan, perform, and make decisions regarding the sequence of set-ups, operations, and processes, including minor modification or pre-programmed computer routines within limits of recognized standard methods and procedures.Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; simple use of formulas, charts, drawings, specifications, etc.Technological: Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Access). Experience in data acquisition is a plus. Technical: Must be able to read micrometers and calipers, digital force gauge.
