Forklift Operator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as a Forklift Operator. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule:

4-Day work week - start time is 3:00 pm. 10-hour shifts + mandatory OT as needed You will have every Friday and Saturday off You will be scheduled to work Sunday and Thursday The remaining two scheduled days and one unscheduled day will be determined by business needs Must be able to work Monday-Thursday first week for training.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour. Incentive pay after training allows dedicated Forklift Operators to earn on average $32 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Follow pallet let down procedures. Pick and load product as necessary. Keep assigned work areas/isles clean and organized. Daily inspections of equipment and safety conditions. Maintain all paperwork and log proper pallet locations. Report all damages to Inventory Control, write up report, remove from slots. Stock product by filling slots (Replenish slots, and rotate product in assigned areas).

Required:

Possess basic math skills. Ability to be self-motivated and a team player. Prior experience with RF warehouse technology. Strong communication and customer service skills. Operate electric, stand-up/reach forklift, and electric pallet jacks. Ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
