The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production facilities. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) including CROWN reach truck,- Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers - Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch and quantity - Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork - Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments - Over-box pallets, wrap pallets and strap pallets in preparation for shipment - Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock - Keeping shipping supplies organized and communication on supply needs - Daily forklift inspection sheet completed prior to operation of forklift - Complete other duties or tasks as assigned location: Carlisle, PA salary: $19.5/hr work hours: 8:00AM to 6:30PM qualifications: + up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting) + Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test. skills: + Build, wrap, sort pallets + Operate RF scanner + Load, unload materials & equipment dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
