1.Perform all duties in a safe manner
2. Must be able to drive a Sit-Down in a safe manner.
3. Must be able to pull fruit from the palletizing area from time – to – time and properly store.
4. Adherence to production schedule and conveyance routes within cycle time.
5. Support production standard work processes i.e., area boards
6. Communicating with other areas about scheduling and other production related issues. 7. Responsible for tracking downtime, put-away, work order requests, and production results/costs. 8. Submit work requests for equipment that is not in proper working order and strategize options for other means of performing without that equipment.
9. Daily auditing of the cleanliness and 5S organization of the area
10. Lead root cause analysis, problem solving activities
11. High Performance Work Team concept with emphasis on ownership and accountability to the team.
12. Perform other duties as assigned
Work Experience
1. H.S. School Diploma or GED; ability to read and write well.
2. The position requires precision and is very detail oriented.
3. Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting, especially related to forklifts.
4. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in oral and written form.
5. Lead fellow co-workers and promote a teamwork environment.
6. Must have good hand speed and the use of both hands to accomplish the above-described duties.
7. Good problem-solving skills and communication
