What We Offer $16.50 - $18.00 per hour 1st shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM 3rd shift, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM 12-hour rotating shifts, rotating every two weeks Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Online training Referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 6+ months of manufacturing and forklift experience in the past 3 years 6+ months of experience with a clamp or reach truck is a plus Previous forklift experience  Intermediate computer skills  Stable work history  Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends when needed Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to sit/stand for 12 hours at a time with or without reasonable accommodation  Ability to lift 35+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodation What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator Log and document all inventory changes into the warehouse management system computers mounted on each forklift Deliver materials to staging areas Record and maintain documentation logs Ship, receive, and store materials and products Move raw, semi-finished, and finished materials through various areas of the plant Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned
