Job Description:

Location: Devens, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking forklift operator / yard worker candidates for busy third party logistics company in the Devens, MA area.

Responsibilities:

• Will be using oversized forklifts to load, unload, and stack sheetrock in exposed warehouse setting.
• Will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the yard area and maintaining a clean work area.
• Load, unload, and stack sheetrock.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts. and powered industrial vehicles.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of forklift experience is required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors.
• English proficiency is required.

Other Information:

Schedule details:
6 AM – 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Will work until the job is finished. 1-3 hours of overtime standard on a weekly basis. Very occasionally will have work on a Saturday but associates will get at least a week’s notice.

$22 per hour. Increase to $23 once perm and then eligible for annual reviews.

Must wear safety shoes. Steel toe or composite toe okay.
Hi-vis vest and safety gloves provided.
Dress in layers – part of the job is outside regardless of weather.

Time and attendance is crucial.
