Responsibilities:
Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product and materials across the production floor.
Load and unload trailers as needed, as well as production lines and tables.
Adhere to the company's operational program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
Display a commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement in operations.
Perform inbound receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.
Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
Ensure accurate inventory by moving materials based on production schedules and packing lists.
Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining materials in the warehouse or production area.
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material handling and any issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Technical forklift operating skills for safe and efficient movement of materials.
Commitment to safety-must take safety protocols seriously.
Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
Ability to work well as a team and collaborate with others.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Must complete training and certifications in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Availability to work overtime when needed.
It would be great if you also have:
1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Occasionally required to lift objects of various shapes and sizes.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull materials.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Able to handle or manage warehouse tools or equipment safely and effectively.
