Job Description

This is your chance as a motivated Forklift Operator to receive, store, organize, and maintain inventory to keep all things running smoothly inside the warehouse. This is a dynamic team you'll love being a part of!

1st Shift: MON-FRI, 9am-5pm & Some SAT 9am-1pm (will need ability to work flexible hours between 6am - 7pm, depending on daily workload & normally 2 Saturdays out of the month)Full-time: 40 hours per weekCompetitive Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experiencePaid Weekly: Direct Deposit or Pay Card optionsAffordable health insurance after just 30 days: includes $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE Telehealth servicesNO temps here—with Ōnin, you are a Teammate from day one! What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:

Unload incoming shipments and organize them in designated areas.Maintain accurate records of inventory location and movement.Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments through invoice and order comparisons.Monitor and report any missing, damaged, or lost inventory.Securely strap products for transport according to company standards.Organize and sort items on warehouse racking using established systems.Safely operate a forklift to retrieve and load items for shipment.Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Work Experience

Be experienced working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentHave a minimum of 1 year forklift experienceHave strong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyBe able to maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periodsHave strong verbal and written communication skillsBe able to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectivelyBe comfortable using tablets and scannersBe able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
