GENERAL SUMMARY:
HIGH REACH / STAND UP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Starting Rate: $ 19.50 HOUR with $ 1 hour increases at 6 months and 1 year, etc. includes a $1.50 shift differential for OVERNIGHT and WEEKEND shift.
CURRENTLY ONLY HIRING FOR OVERNIGHT AND WEEKEND DAY SHIFT
* Overnight: M - TH 6 pm to 4:30/5:30 am, with occasional Overtime Friday night
* Weekend: Friday - Sunday, 6 am to 6:30 pm, with occasional Overtime during week
NEW SHIFT STRUCTURE STARTS IN MAY 2025
Applicants and associates will request Shift Preference (will explain during Interview process)
Transition will be to 5 (8 hour) shifts, or Saturday/Sunday + 2 (8 hour) shifts during the week
High Reach Forklift
Responsible for the placement and retrieval of stores merchandise in reserve storage locations and replenishes merchandise in pick lines using stand-up lift equipment or other equipment as directed by supervisor.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas or to put away merchandise in storage areas.Removes empty pallets from pick-lines and storage areas.Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information.May complete daily production log.Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards.Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
• Ability to operate a stand-up lift. • Ability to operate assigned sit-down lift (corrugate function). • Ability to use hand held/lift-mounted radio frequency unit. • Basic math and reading skills. • Communication skills. • Competency to obtain a lift operator license.
EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience working in an automated distribution center preferred.Experience with warehouse management systems applications preferred.Experience in automated retail distribution center preferred.Previous industrial equipment experiences preferred.Prior baler operation experience preferred (corrugate function)GENERAL SUMMARY:
