Job Description:

·       Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment

·       Able to operate electric pump, scabbers, scale and forklift

·       Inspect incoming vehicles

·       Check tank yard salometer, empty fermentation tank, empty pickles from the pit

·       Unload stock from incoming vehicles and move to proper staging location based on product (hydro-cooler, cooler, tanks, etc.)

·       Ensure tanks are prepared for cleaning, are properly cleaned and are not leaking

·       Cover tanks, move conveyors and brine tanks, and add salt to tanks when needed

·       Receive rock salt, ensure proper silo filing and inform leadership timely when a salt reorder is needed

·       Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

·       Lift or pulling of objects up to 100 lbs.

·       Filling processing room tanks for production.
