Formality Team Lead
Lockwood Hills Federal is Looking for a Formality Team Lead to support the LWHDTSV PTS contract. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! **Responsibilities** + Monitors the work performed by a group of up to twenty Producers or Reviewers. + Ensures assigned employees are performing efficiently and following procedures. + Organizes work production and set team goals. + Responsible for processing applications as a Formality Clerk each day and meeting production standards. + Ensures team members meet production standards. + Assesses team members’ strengths and weaknesses. + Responsible for team quality output and will perform random quality reviews of completed work for several hours each day. + Instructs members on their errors and provides refresher training as needed. + Ensures errors reported to team members are corrected in a timely manner. + Assists team members with FR processing questions. + Completes all work assignments in the time frames provided. + Ensures discrepancies are properly reported and follows up to ensure completion. + Provides input for procedural changes as needed. + Implements new procedures and changes. + Conducts meetings with the team to review procedures. + Trains new employees and/or employees cross training on job tasks associated with their area of responsibility. Normally will only train one new employee at a time. + Organizes and assigns work to new hires/re-trainees. + Answers their FR processing questions + Maintains a performance progress log of new hire and those being retrained. + Submits accurate, timely reports on their progress. + Ensures new hires meet performance standards at each level of training. + Assesses their strengths and weaknesses on a weekly basis and establish an approach for improving the weakness. + Applies company administrative policies fairly and consistently. + Exhibits good judgment and display role model behavior. + Flexible, able to work extended shifts, overtime or evenings, as needed. + Follows safety, fire and health regulations set by the Government or management policies. + May be assigned to other areas, as needed, to reduce backlog, assist with increased workload or special projects, or to test alternate work procedures. + May be cross trained in other functions. + Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor or project management. **Qualifications** + One year experience as a Formality Clerk meeting all production standards. + Able to operate Madras (IFW) and Pre-Exam system. + Experience using MS Windows operating environment and performing data entry. + Accurate typing skills at 40 wpm. + High school diploma. + Excellent English speaking, reading and writing comprehension. + Able to follow instructions and work independently. Attention to detail at all times. + Position requires a background investigation. + A quantity and quality production standard applies when performing production duties. + Must be able to work with minimal supervision. **Desired Qualifications** : + Two years Clerical/ Administrative experience. + Associate degree + Prior supervisor/team leader experience. **Physical Demands** : + Manual dexterity required for standing, stooping, sitting (on chairs and floor when necessary), reaching, climbing, lifting /carrying up to 30 lbs on a daily basis. + Eyesight must be correctable to 20/30 in each eye. + Work in an office environment. **Job ID** 2025-15724 **Work Type** Remote **Pay Range** $21.53 per hour **Health & Welfare** $4.93 per hour **Benefits** SCA - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
