Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Responsible for implementation of edits in client financial statements and subsequent letters and reporting packages associated with those statementsEditing and assembling electronic documents outside of firm software; this may include integrating client-prepared documents with documents created by the firm Mitigating risk to the firm by enforcing assurance rules and procedures during the editing process Assisting with financial statement release by ensuring all approvals have been received and appropriate compliance forms have been completedCross-checking critical data between documents and applications to ensure accuracy and call attention to discrepanciesUsing footing tools to verify values within the financial statements

The qualifications.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is requiredHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are requiredKnowledge of the Associated Press (AP) Style is preferredMust be able to adapt to priority changes with short notice, multiple times a dayMust be able to remain at workspace at least 75% - 90% of work shiftRole works up to 2350 hours annually, with some Saturdays
