Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Observe machine operation to ensure quality and conformity of package material. * Perform weekly, monthly, and annual PMs * Perform and support changeover of forming machines * Perform minor adjustments and tooling changes to ensure proper folding and bonding (wire, glue and gluer) * Replaced, rebuild, and repair any defective parts * Perform major repairs (but not limited to shafts, bearing, feed roller and phase exchanger) * Collaborate and work with Reliability on various repairs * Manage and reorder parts for forming department in a timely manner * Manage and own tools supplied by Company on a regular basis, up to daily inspections * Monitor, change, standardize glue tote including viscosity checks * Observe and build capability on operator adjustments with forming operators * Obtain a good knowledge and understanding of all equipment in the forming department * Ensure machines output meets department production goals. * Perform housekeeping duties to ensure department and company standards are maintained. * Perform LOTO when task requires. Performs any other tasks trained for and assigned by lead person and supervisor. What you will need to Succeed: * High school diploma or G.E.D. * Ability to perform basic math.(addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) * Ability to read, write, and understand English. * Ability to communicate with others as needed * Ability to stand or walk for 8+hrs a day.
