What you'll do As a Forms Administrator you will act in a supportive role within Docusign’s product organization to drive form operational throughput in support of Docusign’s fast-growing Rooms for Real Estate and Forms for Real Estate products. You will seek innovative solutions to guide the evolution of Forms Operations. As a Forms Administrator, you will help support by ensuring exceptional adherence to the quality of our Docusign Forms being released to end users, to streamlining Forms Operations and team communications and processes. You will be a critical part in educating, implementing, solving the problems of and delighting our real estate customers. We are seeking an experienced Forms Administrator who has solid knowledge in real estate document management, BPM/workflow, and web services applications. The position acts as the liaison between customers and all functional areas within Docusign’s Rooms for Real Estate and Transactions for Real Estate application to resolve form service and support related inquiries as well as maintaining hundreds of form libraries consisting of thousands of forms. The scope of the position ranges from supporting small real estate brokerages to the largest North American real estate companies. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Forms Operations. Responsibility Intake, prioritize backlog, process, test, and maintain growing suite of Docusign Form libraries Position, test and review form tags per defined standards Support troubleshooting Docusign Form issues through regular collaboration with stakeholders from software engineering, UI/UX, QA and other disciplines Support and recommend process improvements Manage, triage, prioritize and resolve customer and real estate Association requests and provide timely solutions to improve experience in accordance to contractual SLAs Contribute to supervision, training, and continuous improvement of the outsourced tagging vendor Monitor and contribute to form operational metrics in accordance with prescribed standards Contribute to Sales’ ability to sell the Rooms for Real Estate application by providing timely and up-to-date published library availability throughout North America Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience Preferred Experience in real estate and or a SaaS or related environment, e.g., customer support, transaction coordinator, account management, quality assurance, or related areas in technology/real estate Technically savvy with familiarity of web-based applications, especially Smartsheet, and Google Suite or similar Experience troubleshooting in a SaaS environment with an understanding of different product environments Proven organizational and time management skills needed to manage high volumes of customer requests simultaneously and w/out compromise to quality or timeliness Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Detailed oriented Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: Illinois: $21.92/hour - $28.52/hour This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
