The Work You'll Do:

The Forms Content Associate is a key contributor to our Forms Content team, playing a critical role in ensuring that our payroll reporting forms and eFiling software meet the needs of our clients. This role focuses on delivering excellent technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and enhancing overall user experience. As the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues, you will help resolve problems quickly and professionally, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.

As a Forms Content Associate, you will also have opportunities to build technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow your skills in forms maintenance and content development.

This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers solve problems while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

More specifically, you will:

Test form updates made by other team members to build your expertise and prepare for future responsibilities in forms maintenance. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues using remote support tools. Identify patterns and potential challenges in upcoming technologies and solutions. Collaborate with various departments to communicate user issues and software updates. Document technical issues in bug tracking software. Maintain and update the customer support portal. Contribute to the improvement of software programs by evaluating current objectives and proposed changes.

What We Need From You

Basic knowledge of computer software. Ability to quickly learn and master our software and services. Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on active listening and documenting client needs. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in client support or customer service is preferred but not required. Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check, including drug screen
