**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** The Forms Repair Fabricator is a key position in our Fontana, CA branch. You’re primarily working inside the plant, maintaining, and modifying metal forming for our precast concrete products. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll primarily work with the production team. A highlight of your day to day will include: + Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on existing forming. + Making modification to forming based on production needs or customer requirements. + Changing over larger forms to be set up for configuration based on orders and drawings. + Building and fabricating custom tooling based on production needs. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You’re an experienced welder and have a genuine love for building things. You are familiar with fabrication tools and reading blueprints and a tape measure are second nature for you.
