Job Title: R&D Chemist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated R&D Chemist to join our team. You will be responsible for product formulations, including making batches, raw material testing, and conducting various lab tests. The role requires working on multiple R&D projects and involves extensive lab work such as testing weight, appearance, viscosity, tensile strength, and stability under different conditions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine product formulations.Create batches and test raw materials.Conduct lab testing for weight, appearance, viscosity, tensile strength, and stability.Perform exposure testing using thermal cycles and environmental chambers.Work on multiple R&D projects concurrently.Essential SkillsBS in Chemistry; Material Science or Biology with strong chemistry labs considered.Proficiency in wet chemistry and laboratory techniques.Experience with lab equipment such as mixers and scales.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Strict adherence to lab safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious formulation/ R&D experience is a plus,Experience in chemical industries such as paint, coating, inks, or packaging is ideal.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
