Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Formulation Chemist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and testing of new product formulations, as well as improving existing products. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and conducting experiments to develop new formulations.Testing new formulas in laboratory settings to evaluate their effectiveness, safety, and stability.Modifying existing formulations to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.Collaborating with the research and development team to understand product requirements and targets.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the development and manufacturing of products.Documenting all formulation procedures and results for future reference and patent filings.Providing technical support to production departments during the scale-up of new products from lab to manufacturing.Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in chemistry

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of chemistry principles and formulation science.Experience with laboratory equipment and safety procedures.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent documentation and reporting skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.80
