Formulation Operator
**Job Title: Spray Dry Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated Spray Dry Operators to join our team. As a Spray Dry Operator, you will be responsible for handling and processing raw materials, operating spray dry machinery, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Operate spray dry machinery and handle related documentation using a computer system. + Lift up to 50 lbs. as required. + Fill liquids and powders into tanks accurately according to the formula. + Use scales to measure liquids and raw materials. + Move products around the production floor using a forklift. + Select and scan raw materials from the warehouse based on manufacturing requirements and batch size. + Stage and add materials to tanks according to work order instructions. + Fill and pack orders accurately, using specified labels and sifter screens. + Follow GMP, safety guidelines, and procedures. + Assist in different departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with GMP, batching, production, and mixing. + Machine operation experience with spray dry machinery. + Forklift operation (stand up and sit down) and safety training. + Experience with ERP and handheld barcode scanners. + Ability to conduct cycle counting on raw materials. + Experience working in a warehouse or logistics setting. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle large blenders. + Attention to detail when reviewing batch records. + Comfortable working in a GMP environment with exposure to smells. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with compounding/blending/batching/machine operating in a food or GMP environment. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Experience with material handling equipment. + Knowledge of respirator protection and lock-out training. **Why Work Here?** In today’s world, employee benefits are an essential part of a compensation package.
