Job Description

The Ideal Candidate would possess:​

3 years of scientific leadership experienceExperience conducting routine laboratory experiments e.g. HPLC, DSC, PXRD spectroscopy, solubility determinations, dissolution testing, suspension processing, etc. in a timely and productive manner with consistent quality output.Ability to follow procedures reliably and consistently and ability to  recognize and elevate relevant issues as appropriateStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail, ability to lead and train team members, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration3-4 years of related leadership experience. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time, on-site. Overtime will be required on a rotational basis to cover weekend Bioreactor sampling and occasional off-shift operations. Candidates living within a commutable distance of La Jolla, CA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
